GPS Tracking are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains my practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information that is collected through my mobile app and my website, as well as your choices regarding the collection and use of information. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given them in our Terms of Use.

1. How I Collect and Use Information

I collect the following types of information about you:

Registration and Profile Information. When you create an account, I may collect your personal information such as your username and IMEI.

Geolocation. I collect your unique user identifier and your location through GPS, WiFi, or wireless network triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing my Service. I maintain location information only so long as is reasonable to provide the Service and then delete location data tied to your personal information. I may maintain de-identified location data for a longer period of time in order to analyze aggregate trends and metrics. I may also share location information with third parties for advertising, research, and analytic purposes. If you want to opt-out of the collection of your location data, please adjust your settings in your mobile device. Please see Your Choices About Your Information below to learn more.

Driving Event Data. I collect, and may use a third party to collect, sensory and motion data from your smartphone or mobile device, including information from the gyroscope, accelerometer, compass and Bluetooth, in order to calculate and detect driving events such as speeding, hard braking, crash detection and other events. I maintain sensory and motion data as long as is reasonable to provide the Service and then delete or anonymize this data. If you want to opt-out of the collection of your sensory and motion, please adjust your settings in your mobile device.

Information I collect automatically through the use of technology. When you visit my website or use my mobile app, I may collect certain information about your computer or device through technology such as cookies, web beacons, log files, or other tracking/recording tools. The information I collect through the use of tracking technologies includes, but is not limited to, IP address, browser information, referring/exit pages and URLs, click stream data and information about how you interact with links on the website, mobile app, or Service, domain names, landing pages, page views, cookie data that allows me to uniquely identify your browser and track your browsing behavior on my site, mobile device type, mobile device IDs or other persistent identifiers, and location data collected from your mobile device. Some or all of this data may be combined with other personally identifying information described above. When you access my Service by or through a mobile device, I may receive or collect and store a unique identification numbers associated with your device or my mobile application (including, for example, a UDID, Unique ID for Advertisers, Google Ad ID, or Windows Advertising ID or other identifier), mobile carrier, device type, model and manufacturer, mobile device operating system brand and model, phone number, and, depending on your mobile device settings, your geographical location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude), WiFi location or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device. I use this information to:

Remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the site or mobile app
Provide custom, personalized content and information, including advertising
Track your location and movements
Monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, users, traffic, and demographic patterns
Diagnose or fix technology problems reported by my Users or engineers that are associated with certain IP addresses or User IDs, and Automatically update my mobile application on your system and related devices.

I may also collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help me measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit, your use of third party applications, and other information that assists me in analyzing and improving the Service. Although I do my best to honor the privacy preferences of my Users, I am not able to respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser at this time.

2. Sharing of Your Information

Personal Information:I may share your personal information with third parties outside the Company and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates in some circumstances, including:

I may share your personal information with my third-party business partners, vendors and consultants who perform services on my behalf or who help me provide my Services, such as accounting, managerial, technical, marketing or analytic services.
I may share your personal information, including your location data, with third parties for marketing purposes
I may aggregate or otherwise strip data of all personally identifying characteristics of my data and may share that anonymized and/or aggregated data with third parties. For example, I may share de-identified location data with third parties that analyze location and movement trends.
Except as described above, I will not disclose personal information to third parties (including law enforcement, other government entity, or civil litigant; excluding my subcontractors) unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if in our sole discretion, I determine it is necessary to (a) conform to the law, comply with legal process, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to enforce our Terms of Use, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any claims or allegations, or to protect the security or integrity of my site; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of GPS Tracking, our Users or others.

3. How I Protect Your Information

GPS Tracking cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information I collect and that I share with my service providers. However, no security system is impenetrable and I cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, I will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

4. Your Choices About Your Information

You may, of course, decline to submit any personal information through the Service, in which case GPS Tracking may not be able to provide its Services to you.

Third Party Location Sharing: I may share your personal information, including location data, with third parties so that they may play or display ads that may be relevant to your interests, for example by sending you an ad for a local business, or so that they may conduct research, analyze trends and perform other analytics or reporting functions. I do not share your personal information and location data with third parties for advertising purposes if you have selected Limit Ad Tracking or Opt-Out of Interest Based Ads on your mobile device. You can opt-out of having your location data shared with these third parties by adjusting your settings on your mobile device to prohibit GPS Ttacking from collecting your location data. For example, depending on your mobile device, you may be able to Turn location services. You can also adjust your device settings to withdraw permission for the GPS Tracking app to access location data. Please note that your GPS Tracking app may not be able to provide all of our Services to you if you disable access to location data through your device settings.

Delete Your Account and Personal Information: I will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account, please contact me ivan.tmfv@gmail.com.

5. Children's Privacy

My Service allows parents to keep track of their children's location on mobile devices. The Service is intended to be used by children under 3 only with significant parental involvement and approval.

The Parent may contact me to review and/or delete any personal information I have collected from the child, or to withdraw permission for GPS Tracking to collect any additional information from the child. 6. Links to Other Web Sites and Services

I am not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Service, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, my Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on my website, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies. Please read over those rules and policies before proceeding.

7. Changes to my Privacy Policy

GPS Tracking may, in its sole discretion, modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and so you should review this page periodically. When I change the policy, I will update the last modified date at the top of this page. If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy or in how GPS Tracking will use your personal information, I will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change or by directly sending you a notification.
